recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 13 of the Public Records of
Pinellas County, Florida of which Pinellas County was
formerly a part and a part of the vacated right-of-way of
Rogers Street as vacated by Resolution No. 69-18 and recorded
in O.R. Book 3095, Page 79, being more particularly described
as follows: Commence at the Northeast corner of the

50.01 feet, to a point on the South right-of-way line of
Gulf-to-Bay Blvd. - State Road 60, said point being the

along said South right-of-way line, to the Northeast corner
of the said West 163.14 feet of Lot 3 for a point of
beginning; thence South 000 37' 16" West, 368.44 feet, to the
Southeast corner of said West 163.14 feet of Lot 3; thence
South 890 46' 01" West, 233.74 feet, along the North
right-of-way line of Rogers Street; thence South 000 13' 59"
East, 20.00 feet, along a part of the East boundary of the
