FOR 'fUID IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar (S1.00) cash in hand
paid to them, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the benefits to be
derived therefrom,
SANFORD SANDELMAN and SUSAN SAN DELMAN , his wife, as joint tenants, with
right of survivorship, both residing at 25 Aspen Road, Scarsdale, New York, do
hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, an easement over, under
and across the following described land, lying and being situate in the County of
Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:

A IS-foot drainage easement lying 7.5 feet each side of the
following described line:
Commence at the SW corner of Section 17, Township 29 South,
Range 16 East, and run S 88057'02" E, 400.0 feet; thence run
N 01003'04" E, 7.64 feet to the P.O.B.; thence run N 27011'41"
W, 275.12 feet to a Point of Ending.
This easement being for drainage installation and maintenance.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter upon the
described premise~ to construct, install and maintain thereon any drainage
and to inspect and alter such drainage lines from time to time.
