This easement being fot' the construction, maintenance, repair
or replacement of water mains and related water facilities and an
easement for ingress and egres s for refuse and garbage collection
and City of Clearwater service and utility vehicles.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter
upon the above described premises and to construct, install and maintain
thereon any water lines and related water facilities and to inspect and alter
such water lines and related water facilities from time to time.
