FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1800) cash
in hand paid to it, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
and the benefits to be derived therefrom, Bayview Gardens Housing
Inc., a Florida Corporation
does hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
an easement over, under and across the following described land,
lying and being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida,
to wit:
A 15 Foot Storm Drainage Easement lying Southerly and immediately
adjacent to the following described line, to wit: Start at the Northeast
corner of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 17, Township 29 South, Range
16 East and run South 50. 0 feet to the South right-of-way line of
State Road 60; thence run West along said South right-of-way line
521. 55 feet to a point, said point also being East right-of-way line
of Sky Harbor Drive; thence run South along said East right-of-way
line 355. 3 feet for the point of beginning; thence run N 480 25 r 10"
East 322. 93 feet to the point of ending
and
A 5 foot temporary construction easement lying South of and
immediately adjacent to above easement. Said temporary easement
to expire upon completion of construction.

The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter
upon the above described premises and to construct, install and
maintain thereon any utility lines and to inspect and alter such
utility lines from time to time.
