2. Grantor has, as of the date of these presents, delivered all required
pipe t0the job site in accordance with the Bill of Materials speci.fied by
the City Engineer. Grantee shall provide all labor and materials required
to complete this underground storm sewer system.
3. The Grantee, by the acceptance of these presents, assumes all
responsibility for the maintenance of the pipeline and appurtenances after
its completLon. The Grantee further agrees that should it become necessary
to undertake repairs to any part of this s>tOrm sewer system once construc-
ted that it will :restore the premises and any improvements to the condition
prior to the commencement of maintenance or repair undertaken by them.
