EASEMENT
FOR AND IN CONSIDERA TION of the sum of One Dollar ($1. 00) cash
in hand paid to. it, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the
benefits to be derived therefrom, the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
a municipal corporation, does hereby grant and convey to FLORIDA POWER
CORPORA TION, a Florida corporation, an easement over, under and across
the following described land, lying and being situate in the County of Pinellas,
State of Florida, to wit:

The East 14 feet of the South 200 feet of the Northwest 1/4 of Northwest
1/4 of Section 17, Township 29 South, Range 16 East; Pinellas County,
Florida.
This easement being for drainage and utilities installation and main-
tenance.
FLORIDA POWER CORPORATION shall have the right to enter upon
the above described premises and to construct, install and maintain thereon
any drainage and utility lines and to inspect and alter such drainage and utility
lines from time to time.
