EASEMENT
FOR AND IN CONSIDERA TION of the sum of One Dollar ($1. 00) cash
in hand paid to it, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the
benefits to be derived therefrom,
NORCO INVESTMENTS, INC., a Florida corporation,
does hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEAR WATER, FLORIDA,
an easement over, under and across the following described land, lying and
being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:
The West 10 feet of the East 20 feet of'the Northwest 1/4
of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 17, Township 29 South, Range
l6East, Pinellas County, Florida, LESS AND EXCEPT the
Westerly 102 feet, more or less, for the right of way of U. S.
Highway 19, and LESS AND EXCEPT the South 738.21 feet
thereof, AND LESS AND EXCEPT the North 50 feet thereof.
