GRANT OF EASEMENT
THIS INDENTURE made and entered into this ""IL day of ~.

poration~ MAXWELL B. SACKHEIM, Individually and as Guardian of
SALLIE W. SACKHEIM, his wife, pursuant to Order Authorizing Execu-
tion of Deed by Guardian dated June 30, 1971~ ALFRED SCHICK, M. D.,
joined by his wife, ALICE E. SCHICK~ THE MORTON F. PLANT HOSPITAL
ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non-profit voluntary corporation~
ROBERT HAWORTH, joined by his wife, MARY K. HAWORTHj MORRIS BILGORE,
a single man and TEMPLE B'NAI ISRAEL, a Florida non-profit corpora-
tion, whether one or more, party of the first part and CITY OF CLEAR-
WATER, party of the second part.
WIT N E SSE T H:
WHEREAS, party of the first part is the owner of the lands
hereinafter described and party of the second part, as a governmental
agency, having power of eminent domain, has demanded, by proper pro-
cess, an Easement for sanitary sewers, public utilities and/or storm
sewers and appurtenances over and across the East ten feet of the
property hereinafter described~ and
WHEREAS, party of the first part now intends to grant unto
party of second part the within described easement, without considera-
tion or other value, by way of absolute gift provided however, said
easement shall be used solely for the purposes hereinabove set forth~
NOW THEREFORE, THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH:
Party of the first part does hereby give and grant unto party

of the second part, its successors and assigns, an easement for the'
purpose of installing sanitary sewers, public utilities and/or storm
sewers and appurtneances over and across the following described
parcel situated in Pine1las County, Florida, to-wit:
The East Ten Feet (E 10') of the following
