of Lot 12 and the North 10 feet of Lot 12 and the North
10 feet of the East 104. 5 feet of Lot 11, all of William Brown
Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 13 of the Public
Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas
County was formerly a part,
AND
A ten ( 10) foot right of way easement, the East line of which
is described as foHows:
Start at Southeast corner of aforesaid Lot 12 and run
South 00037'03" West, 63.00 feet + to High Water Mark
of Old Tampa Bay as acertained by U. S, C, & G. S. Elevation.
