EASEMENT
FOR AND IN CONSIDERA TION of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00)
cash in hand paid to it, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and
the benefits to be derived therefrom, CLEARWATER FEDERAL SAVINGS
AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, a Fl'orida Corporation, does hereby grant and
convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation,
a permanent easement over, under and across the following described land,
lying and being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:
PERMANENT EASEMENT
A Five Foot (5 ft. ) Easement in the Southwest Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter of Section 17, Township 29 South, Range
16 East, along State Road 60 and U. S. Highway 19, described
as follows:

Start at the Southwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter of Section 17, Township 29 South, Range
16 East and go N 89047'04" East 536.00 feet along the East-
West one-half Section line, being the Center Line State Road
60, also Gulf to Bay Boulevard; thence go N 01003'04" East,
50.0 ft. to a point on the North right of way line of the aforesaid
State Road 60, for a Point of Beginning of a five (5) foot
easement lying to the Right of the following described line:
from said Point of Beginning run S 89047'04" West, 335.98

feet; run thence N 44 34'4411 West, 139.84 feet; run thence
N 01003'04" East, 510.0 feet to a Point of Ending.
This easement being for installation and maintenance of water
transmission mains.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right
to enter upon the above described premises and to construct, install
and maintain thereon any water transmission mains and to inspect and
alter such mains from time to time.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party hereto has caused these presents
to be duly executed by its p roper officers thereunto authorized and its
