EASEMENT
THIS INDENTURE made this
7
day of April, A. D. 1962,
between ROBERT STETLER and BETTY A. STETLER, his wife, parties
of the first part, and the CITY OF CLEARWATER~ a municipal corporation,
of the County of Pinellas and State of Florida, party of the second part.
WITNESSETH: That the said parties of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar and other good and valuable con-
siderations to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant and release
unto the said party of the second part a perpetual easement and right of
way for the construction and maintenance of streets, roads, avenues,
public utilities and sanitary sewer lines including necessary construction,
paving and manholes appurtenant thereto over the following described real
property located in Pinellas County, Florida, to wit:
The North 40 feet of the Southeast Quarter (SE-l/4)
of the Northeast Quarter (NE -1/4) of Section 17,
-ToWnship 29 South,"Range 16 East, less the East
930.0 feet thereof and less the South 330.0 feet thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said parties of the first part have
