which is hereby acknowledged, CITY OF CLEARWATER, P.O. Box 4748, Clearwater,
Florida 34618-4748, does hereby grant, bargain, release and convey unto
PINELLAS COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, ATTN:
Engineering - Right of Way Division, with offices located at 440 Court Street,
Clearwater, Florida 34616, a temporary' construction easement on and over the
following described 'property, lying in the County of Pinellas, State of
Florida, to wit:

.Said temporary easement being for the purpose of installing drainage
improvements during the construction of Gulf Boulevard Phase II (P.LD. II

A 10-foot temporary construction easement from the Easterly right-of-way of Gulf
Boulevard to the waters of Clearwater Harbor, located in Section 17, Township 29
South, Range 15 East, Pinellas County, Florida, more particularly described as
follows:
Commence at the Southwest corner of Section 20, Township 29 South, Range 15 East,
thence proceed North 01044'32" East along the West line of said Section 20,
4182.26 feet to the East right-of-way of Gulf Boulevard, a 100.0-foot right-of-
way; thence proceed North 42013131" East along said East right-of-way, 2158.77
feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, said point being 6.00 feet North 42013131" East
of the Northwest corner of the plat of the Subdivision of Radisson Bayside Hotel,
as recorded in Plat Book 101, Page 35, of the public records of Pinellas County,
Florida; thence proceed South 47046'29" East, 195.07 feet; thence North 42013'31"
East, 10.00 feet; thence North 47046'29" West, 195.07 feet to the Easterly right-
of-way of said Gulf Boulevard; thence South 42013'31" West, 10.00 feet to the
POINT OF BEGINNING.
Together with any portions of land lying Southeasterly of said drainage easement
created by extending both the Northerly and Southerly lines of said easement
Southeasterly to the waters of Clearwater Harbor.
