This Indenture made this ~day of October, A. D. 1969,
between FIELD HOTEL CORPORATION, a pennsylvania corporation
authorized to do business in the State of Florida, party of
the first part, and CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal

corporation, existing under and by virtue of the laws of the
State of Florida, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that wheeeas the party of the first part for
and in consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR and other good and
valuable considerations, the receipt of which is hereby acknow-
ledged, hereby gives and grants unto the party of the second
part a perpetual drainage easement over and upon the lands here-
inafter described, to-wit:
Description of property as per Exhibit
"A" attached hereto and made a part
hereof by reference.
This perpetual drainage easement is granted to the party
of the second part for the purpose of entering upon the lands
therein included for the purpose of constructing, installing and
maintaining all necessary drainage lines and other drainage
facilities and equipment moonnection with the North approach
to Little Pass Brige otherwise known as Clearwater Pass Bridge;
it being expressly agreed and understood that no building structure
or permanent obstruction whatsoever be constructed upon or pl-aced
upon any part of the easement above described.
Although this easement is perpetual, it is expressly under-
stood and reservation is hereby made that in the event par~of
the second part shall cease to use or abandon the use of this

easement for the purpose herein stated, for a period of ninety
(90) or more continuous days, this easement may be cancelled
at the option of the party of the first part by written notice
to th~ effect addressed to party of the second part, its
successors or assigns.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party crthe first part has here-
unto set its hand and seal the day and year first set forth
above.

Records of Pine lIas County, Florida, being more particularly described as
as follows: Commence at the Southeasterly corner of Lot 2, Block D of
Bayside Shores, said corner being Co-ordinate Point North 20,718.419, East
