EASEMENT

FOR AND IN CONSIDERA TION of One Dollar ($1. 00), the receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, and pursuant to Paragraph 15 of the Agreement
between the CITY OF CLEARWA TER, FLORIDA (City) and PINELLAS
COUNTY, FLORIDA (County) dated November 20, 1973, the CITY hereby
grants to the COUNTY an easement over, under and across the following
described property for drainage purposes as required by the County in
connection with the development of the property it acquired under the above
agreement:
A strip of land lying across Parcel 3B (Parcel 3 B as
described in that deed recorded at O. R. 4535, pageJ410
through 1412 in the Public Records of Pinellas County,
Florida) on Sand Key lying seven and one-half (7-1/2)
feet on either side of the following described line:
COMMENCE at U. S. National Ocean Survey Monument
Harris "e'(Nl, 317, 536.82, E233, 249.10); thence
run N 48045'32" E, 286.90 feet to a point on the East
right-of-way line of Gulf Boulevard (Station 87+97.50
of the Clearwater Pass Bridge approach road) for a
P. O. B.; run, thence, S 47046'29'1 E, 200 feet M. O. L.
to the Mean High Water Line of Clearwater Bay, for a
Point of Ending.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City has caused these presents to be
executed in its name by its City Manager, City Clerk, countersigned by its
Mayor-Commissioner, and approved as to form and correctness baits City
Attorney, and its corporate seal to be hereunto attached, the 1/ ~ day
