which is hereby acknowledged, and pursuant to paragraph 11 of the
Agreement between the City of Clearwater, Florida (CITY) and Pine11as
County, Florida (COUNTY) dated November 20, 1973, the COUNTY hereby grants
to the CITY an easement crossing over the below described property for
purposes of municipal service, located at the north end of Sand Key:
