first part and THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, municipal corporation of the State
of Florida. party of the second part.
WITNESSETH. that the said party of the first part. for and in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar and other good and valuable
considerations to it in hand paid by the said party of the second part. the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged. does hereby grant and release unto
the said party of the second part. a perpetual utili ty easement over and
across the following described property. lying in the County of Pinellas,
State of Florida. to wit:
A ten foot (10') water main easement lying five feet
(5') each side of all water mains up to and including
all hydrants and meters. excluding any mains lying
under buildings. AND an ingress and egress easement
for refuse and garbage collections and City of
Clearwater service and utility vehicles, all lying
within the following described tract:
See Exhibit "A"
The City of Clearwater shall have the right to enter upon the above
described premises to construct and maintain the aforementioned water mains.

Upon motion by Commissioner Todd, seconded by Commissioner
Tyndall and carried, the following consent agenda item was approved:
#8 UTILITY EASEMENT WITH CITY OF CLEARWATER FOR WATER LINE AT SAND KEY
PARK INCLUDING GENE.RAL EASEMENT FOR REFUSE AND GARBAGE COLLECTIONS
The water mains and hydrants within Sand Key Park are a
portion of the City water distribution system, therefore, the City
needs easements to cover same.
