This easement is for ingress/egress and utilization in the maintenance and replacement of drainage facilities located within the referenced Tracts of BA YSHORE TOWNHOUSES SUBDIVISION. The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter upon the above described premises and to maintain and reconstruct any drainage facilities located therein, and to inspect and alter such drainage facilities from time to time. Grantee shall restore easement premises upon completion of each utilization. All rights granted herein are perpetual and shall run with the land until such time as Grantee shall remove such drainage and utility facilities from within the easement property, and the use of said easement is thereby abandoned by the Grantee for a period of six months or more, then and thereupon this easement shall terminate and the CITY OF CLEARW A TER shall have no further rights in and to said property under this instrument.
