This easement being for public sidewalk purposes.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to
enter the above described premises and inspect the placement and
dimensions of said sidewalks to insure conformance with City speci-
fications and thereafter maintain same from time to time; and that,
