Cammence at the Sauthwest carner af the Narthwest 1/4 af Sectian
16, Tawnship 29 Sauth, Range 16 East, far a paint af reference;
thence S 000 37' 03" W., 719.40 feet to. a Paint af Beginning;
thence N 680 01' 17" E., 312.35 feet to. the West line af the
street farming the Eastern baundary af the tract herein described;
thence S 210 06' 48" E., 393.55 feet alang the Western baundary af
said street; thence S 690 39' 57" W., 178.65 feet (measured and
calculated)(165.00 feet, mare ar less-deed), to. Highwater Line;
