in hand paid to him , the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
and the benefits to be derived therefrom,

doc~ hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
an easement over, under and across the following described land,
lying and being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida,
to wit:
The West 15 feet of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4
of Section 16, Township 29 South, Range 16 East, lying North
of Bayshore Boulevard. Same being situated at the junction
of Bayshore Boulevard and Drew Street, Pinellas County,
Flor ida .
1. All building setbacks will be from property line
and not from easement lines.

Property will be restored and excess fill graded

This easement being for sanitary sewer installation and mainten-
ance.
THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter
upon the above described premises and to construct, install and

utility lines from time to time.
