in hand paid to it, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the
benefits to be derived therefrom,
EASEMENT
THE MCBENN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INCORPORATED, CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA
does hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, an
easement over, under and across the following described land, lying and
being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:
The West 5. 0 feet and the South 10. 0 feet of
Lot 3, DOWNING SUBDIVISION, 1ST ADDITION,
a subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 62, Page
37, of the Public Records of Pinellas County,
State of Florida.
This easement being for drainage, utilities installation and maintenance.
THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter upon
the above described premises and to construct, install and maintain thereon
any utility lines and to inspect and alter such utility lines from time to time.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party hereto has caused these presented to be
duly executed by its proper officers thereunto authorized and its seal to be
