do hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
an easement over, under and across the following described land,
lying and being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida,
to wit:
Ten foot drainage and Utility Easement.
A 10ft. parcel of land lying South and East of, and adjacent to the following
