the following described tract: Beginning 306 feet West
of Northeast corner of South 1/2 of Southwest 1/4 of
Northwest_l / 4 of Northwest 1/4 of Section 16, Township 29
South, Range 16 East for Point of Beginning; thence run
West from said Point of Beginning (which point is in the
center of the projected right of way of Michigan Avenue
according to the Plat of Bayview Subdivision.. recorded
in Plat B'ook 9, page 43, of the Public Records of Pinellas '
County, Florida), a distance of 369 feet, more or less, to
a point on the, section line of the aforesaid section; thence
South along said line 323 feet, more or less, to a point in
the North line of Virginia Avenue according to the aforesaid
Plat of Bayview Subdivision; thence East along said line 368
