EASEMENT DEED
HASON GRA1'l'T, of Pinellas County, Florida, hereby
grants, assigns, and sets over to the City of Clearwater
and any and all other public service or municipal corporations
which supply public utilities such as water, gas, electricity,
and telephone service, an easement and right-of-way for the
construction and continued operation, maintenance, repair, al-
teration, inspection and replacement of their respective faci-
lities for electric transmission, telephone lines, and under-
ground pipe lines for water and gas with the right and duty of
maintaining the same over and upon the following described real
property located in Pinellas County, Florida:
The North 10 feet of a road more particularly
described as follows:

in Plat Book 25, at page 57, Public Records
of Pinellas County, Florida; run thence South
21 degrees 06' 48" East along Hest line of
Tract lICll 199 ft. more or less to the North
side of a 50 ft. road; thence North 67 degrees
29' 05" East 365.93 ft. more or less along the
North side of the 50 ft. road to the East line
of Tract "ell; thence south 21 degrees 06' 48"
East 50 feet; thence South 67 degrees 29' 05"
West 365.93 ft. more or less to the West line
of said Tract "C;!; thence North 21 degrees 06'

This is a correction of the easement deed previously
