EASEMENT DEED
MASON GRANT, of Pinellas County, Florida, hereby
grants, assigns, and sets over to the City of Clearwater
and any and all other public service or municipal corporations
which supply public utilities such as water, gas, electricity,
and telephone service, an easement and right-of-way for the
construction and continued operation, maintenance, repair,
alteration, inspection and replacement of their respective
facilities for electric transmission, telephone lines, and
underground pipe lines for water and gas with the right and
duty of maintaining the same over and upon the following de-
scribed real property located in Pinellas County, Florida:
The North 10 feet of a road more particularly
described as follows:
