WITNESSETH: That the said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR and other good and valuable
considerations to them in hand paid by the said party of the second
part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged does hereby grant
and release unto the said party of the second part a perpetual
easement and right of way for the construction and maintenance
of streets, roads, avenues, public utilities and sanitary sewer
lines including necessary construction, paving and manholes
appurtinent thereto over the South 30' of the West 10 acres of
the SW~ of the SE~ less the North 330' thereof of Secti-on 14,
Township 29S, Range'15E, Pinellas County, Florida.
