AGREEMENT
We hereby agree that the City will be held harmless if it
becomes necessary to do any repair within the prescribed
easement, more fully described as follows:
A 6' easement lying b~tween Saturn Avenue and Mars Avenue,
whose center line is 125' east of west line of a tract of
land described as follows: begin on the east line of a
plat of land from the S.E. corner of lot 4 Block A Unit B
Skycrest Sul;>division as recorded in Plat Book 28 Page 24 of
the public records of Pinellas County, Florida, run West,
124.91 feet along the South line of said lot 4, to the SW
corner thereof; continue West, 125.0 feet along the South
line of lot 4 Block C Unit A Skycrest Subdivision as
recorded in Plat Book 28 Page 4 of the public records of
Pinellas County, Florida, to the SW corner of said lot 4,
run thence South 140.0 feet along the East line of Saturn
Avenue, thence East 250.0 feet along the line parallel to
