THIS INDENTURE, Hade this 15th day of April, 1958, by and
between PARKWOOD, INC., a Florida corporation, party of the first
part, and the CITY OF CLEARWATER, a municipal corporation organized
and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, party of the
second part,

WITNESSETH: That for and in consideration of the swn of One
Dollar and other good and valuable considerations in hand paid to
the parties of the first part by the party of the second part,
receipt whereof is hereby- aeknowledged, said parties of the first
part hereby grant, bargain, sell andeenve~to -'th&-.paz-~=-Gf-,tha
second part an easement for the purpose of laying, maintaining,
operating, repairing and removing sewer pipes over the following
described real estate, to-wit:
The South 30.0 ft. of the swi of the swi of
Section 14, Township 29 South, Range 15 East,
for sewer installation and maintenance.

The East 15.0 ft. of the West 103.90 feet of
the South 417.20 ft. of the swi of the swi of
Section 14, Township 29 South, ,Range 15 East.
The East 3' 0" of Lot 3, and the West 3' 0"
of Lot 4, both in Block B, PARKWOOD SUBDIVISION,
according to map or plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 46, Page 38, of the Public Records of
Pinellas County, Florida.
Together with the right of ingress and egress to and over
said above described premises at any and all times, for the pur-
poses of laying, maintaining, operating, repairing and removing
the above mentioned sewer pipes, and for doing anything necessary
or useful for the enjoyment of the easement herein granted.

Provided, however, that in the event that the said sewer
pipes are removed or abandoned for a period of six (6) months
by the grantee, the foregoing easements shall automatically revert
to.. the gran tor.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has caused
