lying and being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida,

A ten (10) foot water main easement lying five feet on~U
each side of all water mains up to and including all ~
hydrants and meters but to exclude any lines lying under
buildings or permanent structures, and aningress/egress
easement for refuse and garbage collection and City of
Clearwater service and utility vehicles, all lying within
the following described tract:
All of Tract "A", a replat of Block "D" of Suburb Beautiful,
according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book
19, Page 100, of the Public Records of Pinellas County,
Florida, less the North 282 feet thereof: less the South
60 feet of the North 342 feet of the East 150 feet thereof,
and less Lots 2,3, and 4 of Nursery Park, a subdivision
recorded in Plat Book 29, Page 51 of the Public Records
of PinellasCounty, Florida, less public rights-af-way.
This easement being for ~t~tp~t~/~pAVutility installation
and. mainte,nance4 to serve TOWN CENTRE, a 19 unit office condominium project
and III accordance WIth plans approved therefor by CIty of Clearwater.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter
upon the above-described premises and to construct, install and
maintain thereon any ~t~tp~g~/fipAVutility lines and to inspect and
alter such pt~j~~g~/~p~/utility lines from time to time.
