EASEMENT
FOR AND IN CONSIDERA TION of the sum of One Dollar ($l.OO) cash in hand
paid to it, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the benefits to be derived
thereofrom, AMERICAN LEGION TURNER-BRANDON POST NO.7 of Clearwater,
Florida, a Florida Nonprofit Corporation, does hereby grant and convey to the
CITY OF CLEAR WATER, FLORIDA, an easement over, under and across the
following described land, lying and being situate in the County of Pinellas, State
of Florida, to wit:
North 6 feet of Lot 16 and also the North 6 feet of the
West 25 feet of Lot 15 in Block B of Suburb Beautiful
as recorded in Plat Book 13, page 61 of the Public
Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
This easement being for utility installation and maintenance.
The CITY OF CLEAR WATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter upon
the above described premises and to construct, install and maintain thereon any
utilities and to inspect and alter such utilities from time to time.
