The parties hereto recognize that there is at this time a small encroach-
ment on said easement caused by the footing of a structure presently being
erected on said property and agree that there will be no further encroach-
ments upon said easement by the Grantors herein or any successors or
as signs. The Grantors further on their behalf and on behalf of their heirs ,
personal representatives and assigns, hereby release the City of Clearwater,
Grantee herein, from any liability or responsibility for any damage to any
structures or contentlil which may at any time in the future be caused by
the City of Clearwater installing, servi'cing or maintaining any utilities
in said described easement.
