EASEMENT
FOR AND IN CONSIDERA TION of the sum of One Dollar ($1. 00)
cash in hand paid to them, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
and the benefits to be derived therefrom, WILLIAM H. DALE and
MARGUERITE A. DALE, his wife, 1400 B Jeffords Street, Clearwater,
Florida 33516
do hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a
municipal corporation, an easement over, under and across the following
described land, lying and being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of
Florida, to wit:
A temporary construction easement over the
following des cribed lands, to wit:

line of Jeffords Street for the point of beginning;
thence continue N 890 031 26" W, 5. 12 feet along
said North right-of-way line; thence run N 110

drainage easement to the North line of aforesaid

This eas ement is granted for the cons truction of storm drainage
by the City of Clearwater, Florida. This easement is temporary and expires
automatically after one year from date hereof or upon the completion of
the project, whichever is sooner, unless extended by written agreement
of the parties hereto.
