over, under and across the following described land, lying and being situate
in the County of pinellas, state of Florida, to-wit:
A portion of Lot 6, Block A, DRUID GROVES SUBDIVISION, as recorded
in Plat Book 15, Page 46 of the pUblic Records of Pinellas county,
Florida, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of said Lot 6; thence SOl006'08"
E, along the East boundary line of said Lot 6, a distance of 6.00
feet; thence N71040'40"W, a distance of 19.08 feet; thence N90000'
OO"E, along the ncrth line of said Lot 6, a distance of 16.00 feet
to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

This easement is for sidewalk purposes.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter the
above described premises and inspect the placement and dimensions of said
sidewalks to insure conformance with city specifications and thereafter
maintain same from time to time; and that,
The GENERAL PUBLIC shall have full and free use of said sidewalk at any
time and all times for traveling purposes.
