cash in hand paid to them , the receipt of which is hereby acknowl-
edged, and the benefits to be derived therefrom,
Mark Todsen and James Wasenda
do hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
an easement over, under and across the following described land,
lying and being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida,
to wit:
The South 10 feet of the following described tract:
Commence at the Northeast corner of Section 13, Township 29
South, Range 15 East, Pinellas County, Florida, as a point of
reference; thence N 890 25' 27" W, along the North boundary
of said Section 13, 293.00 feet; thence S 000 08' 52" E, 50.00
feet to a point on the South right-of-way line of Drew Street,
said point being the Point of Beginning; thence continue
S 000 08' 52" E, parallel to the East boundary of aforesaid
Section 13, 305.00 feet; thence N 890 25' 27" W, 100.00 feet;
thence N 00008' 52" W, 305.00 feet to the aforesaid South
right-of-way line of Drew Street; thence along said right-of-
way line S 890 25' 27" E, 100.00 feet to the P.O.B.

This easement being for sanitary sewer installation and maintenance.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to
enter upon the above described premises and to construct, install
and maintain thereon any sanitary sewer line and to inspect and
alter such sanitary sewer line from time to time.
