FLORIDA, an easement over, under and across the following
described land, lying and being situate in the County of
Pine lIas , State of Florida, to wit:
Commence at the East i corner of Section 13, Township 29 South, Range
15 East; thence run along the East boundary thereof S 00 09' 35" E,
1335.60 feet to the Southeast corner of the Northeast quarter of the
Southeast i of said Section 13; thence run N 6r 02' 16" W, 39.14
feet, to a point on the Southerly extension of the West right-of-
way line of Belcher Road; thence run along said West right-of-way
line N 00 09' 35" W, 35,20 feet, to a point on the North right-of-way
line of Druid Road, and the point of beginning; thence run along
said North right-of-way line N 890 13' 51" W, 5,00 feet; thence run
N 26035' 21" E, 11,11 feet to a point on the West right-of-way line
of Belcher Road; thence run along said 1 ine S 00 09' 35" E, 10.00
feet, to the point of beginning.

This easement being for public sidewalk purposes.
THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right
to enter the above described premises and inspect the place-
ment and dimensions of said sidewalks to insure conformance
with City specifications and thereafter maintain sa@e from
time to time; and that,
THE GENERAL PUBLIC shall have full and free use of
said sidewalk at any and all times for traveling purposes.
