That part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of
Section 13, Township 29 South, Range 15 East, Pinellas
County, Florida, more particularly described as follows, to

Beginning in the North boundary of Gulf-to-Bay Boulevard at a
point which is 310.01 feet East along said boundary from its
intersection with the West boundary of said Southwest 1/4 of
the Northeast 1/4; run thenceN 0039'47"W. parallel to said
West boundary 8.00 feet; thence S 4500l'20"E, 11.44 feet to
Gulf-to-Bay Boulevard; and thence West along the North
boundary of Gulf-to-Bay Boulevard 8.00 feet to the Point of
Beginning.
