operating, repairing and reaoving drainage, water, sewer and other
pipes, pover, telephone and ot.her overhead lines, and other means ot

Uait A, SKYCREST SUBDIVISION, according to
the map or plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 281 Page 4 of the public records
of Pinellas \JountY', Florida.
Together with the right ot ingress and egress to and over said
above described premises at arq and all times, for the purpose ot lqing,
maintaining, operating, repairing and removing the above mentioned
drainage, vater, sewer and other pipes, power, telephone and other over-
head lines, and other means of supplying utilities, and tor doing anything
