wIT~mSSgTH: That for and in consideration of the sum of
One Dollar and other good and valual)le considerations in hand paid
to the party of the first part by the party of the second part, re-
ceipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, said party of the first part
hereby grants, bargains, sells, and conveys to the party of the
second part .a right-of-way and easement for the purpose of laying,
maintaining, operating, repairing and removing drainage, water,
sewer and other pipes, power, telephone and other overhead lines,
and other means of supplying utilities through and over the follow-
ing described real estate, to-wit:
The South five (5) feet and the West five (5) feet
of Tract "A" as shown on the plat of SKYCREST UNIT
#10 SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof
recorded in pla:t book 36- at page 36 of the public
records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Together with the right of ingress and egress to and over
said above described premises at any and all times, for the pur-
poses of laying, maintaining, operating, repairing and removing
the above mentioned drainage, water, sewer and other pipes, power,
telephone and other overhead lines, and other n!eans of supplying
utilities, and for doing anything necessary or useful for the en-
joyment of the easement herein granted.
IN IVITNESS wHEREOF the parties hereto have set their hands
and seals in person anQ by and through their proper officials, the

Attached hereto is original Grant of Easement
from Skycrest Unit 10 to City of Clearwater
conveying the following for utility easement:
South five (5) feet and the West five (5) feet
of Tract itA" as shown on the plat of Skycrest
Unit #10 Subdivision, according to the map or
plat thereof recorded in plat book 36 at page
36 of the public records of Pinellas County, Fla.
The original of this easement should be recorded
with the Clerk of Circuit Court.
I am sending a copy of this memorandum to the City
Engineer and the 6ity Building Inspector and am
attaching hereto for them a copy of the Resolution
vacating the existing easement between Lots 2i 3,
4 and 5 of Block M and Tract A Skycrest Unit O.
This information is required for the records of
those offices.
