GRANT OF EASEMENT
THIS INDENTURE, made and entered into this~day
of July 1958, between THE BOARD OF PUBLIC INSTRUCTION OF PINELLAS
COUNTY, FLORIDA, hereinafter called the Board, and
CLEARWATER, Florida, a municipal corporation

WITNESSETH
That the Board does hereby grant unto the City an

easement over and upon 1ihefollowing described property located
in Pinellas County, Florida, to wit:

A roadway easement 50 feet in width described as
follows: The East 50 feet of the Northwest quarter
of the Southwest quarter of Section 13-29-15, less
previous right-of-way easements,
for street purposes.

It is understood and agreed that should the City at
any,time in the future cease to use said easement for street
purposes, then this easement shall be null and void--otherwise
toremain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the BOARD OF PUBLIC INSTRUCTION OF
PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, has caused this Grant of Easement to
