This Agreement made and entered into this 26th day of April,
1960, by and between MELVIN T. McKNIGHT and LOIS A. McKNIGHT, indi-
vidually and doing business as FAN BUILDERS, parties of the first
part, and W. J. ROBERTS and MILDRED E. S. ROBERTS, parties of the

WHEREAS, it is the~tmrpese of this Agreement to indemnify
and save the Parties of the Second Part harmless from any assessments
or costs in connection with the said easement:
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the execution of said Agree-
ment the Parties of the First Part agree as follows:
That they will pay and save harmless the Pa~ties of the Second
Part from any and all damages, assessments, costs or other expenses
in connection with the laying and maintenance of any water, sewer,
or other public utility installations or any street improvements
or repairs occasioned by the installation of any street, sewer or
other lines by the City of Clearwater over or under the property
which the Parties of the Second Part have executed an easement.

It is further understood that the Parties of the First Part
shall bear the entire cost of water and sewer installations and shall
pay any assessment or levy by the City of Clearwater on the property
of the party of the Second Part.
