EASEMENT

This grant of easement made this 26th day of April , A. D.
1960, by and between W. J. Roberts and MILDRED E.S. ROBERTS, his wife,
hereinafter referred to as Grantor and City of Clearwater, Florida, a municipal
corporation created and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, hereinafter
referred to as Grantee, whose mailingadd,ress is Clearwater, Florida.

WITNESSETH: That the Grantor forand, in c.onsideration of the sum
of One Doll ax ($1. 00) and other good and valuable considerations to him in hand paid
by the Grantee, xeceipt whereof is hereby ,acknowledged, has granted, bargained and
sold to the grantee aneasementacxoss the following descxibed real property,situate
lying and being ,in Pinellas County, Florida, to wit:
The North 7 -1/2 feet of the West 80 feet of the ,South 664.53
feet of the East one-half of the West one-haUof the NW
Quarter of the SE Quarter of Section 13,:,,29-15.
Said easement being given for the puxpose of installation and maintenance of water,
sewer and any other public utilities by the Grantee, its ,successors and assigns, and
shall continue in force and effect until such time as its use has been abandoned or
discontinued for a period of one (1) year, in which event the fee to sam.e reverts to
the Grantor, his heirs, executors, administrators personal representatives or assigns.

said utilities uppn payment of usual eonnectio.n charqe~~
This easement is further granted upon the expr ess conditiontha"'t Melvin T. McKnight,
and Lois A. McKnight, his wife, doing business aaif:rw- ~fBeJ~rs, releases and holds
harmless W. J.Roberts & Mildred E.S.Robertsl from any assessment and/or cost
in connection with the laying or maintenance of water, sewer andl or other public utility
installations or any street improvements or repairsoccasiol1ed by thee installatic>n of
such water, sewer or other lines by the City of Clearwater. It is also understood that
the aforesaid ,Fan Builders shall bear the entire cost of water and sewer installation
should the sam.e be assessed or levied by the City of Clearwater.
