PARTIAL RELEASE OF EASEMENT
WHEREAS, it has been requested by James L. Mahoney, the
owner of certain real property in Skycrest Subdivision, Unit #7, in the
City of Clearwater, Florida, that the City of Clearwater, Florida, vacate
a portion of a certain drainage easement affecting said property; and
WHEREAS, said portion of the drainage easement is not necessary
nor required and it is deemed to be to the best interest and advantage of
the City and the general public that the same be vacated;
NOW, THEREFORE, WWSSETH: This PARTIAL RELEASE
OF EASEMENT made this :Lr/:'ciay of February, 1969,between
the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, party
of the first part and JAMES L. MAHONEY, of 1513 Keene Road, Clearwater,
Pinellas County, Florida, party of the second part;
That said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum
of other good and valuable consideration and Ten Dollars in hand paid by
the party of the second part, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has
remised, released, and quit claimed and by these presents does remise,
release and quit claim unto the said party of the second part, all the right,
title, interest, claim and demand, which the said party of the first part ~
has in and to the following portion of easement, situate on lands lying -1- ~~

Skycrest Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 30', page
18 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

TO HA VE AND TO HOLD THE SAME, together with all and singular
the appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, and
all the estate, right, title, interest, and claim whatsoever of the 'said party
of the first part in said portion of easement, either in law or equity, to the
only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said party of the second part,
his heirs and assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has caused
these presents to be executed in its name by its City Manager, City Clerk,
countersigned by its Mayor-Commissioner and approved as to form and
correctness by its City Attorney, and its corporate seal to be hereunto
attached the day and year first above written.
