paid to them , the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the benefits

do hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEAR WATER, FLORIDA, an
easement over, under and across the following described land, lying and being ,

Start at the Southwest corner of NW 1/4 of SE 1/4

and run N 0039'55" West, 30 feet along the North
and South center Section line; thence S 89013'51"
East, 30 feet to the South-West corner of a Metes
and Bounds TJact, for Point of ~eginning; thence
