over, under and across the following described land, lying and being situate
in the County of Pinellas, state of Florida, to-wit:
A TEN FOOT (10') WATER MAIN EASEMENT LYING FIVE FEET (5') EACH SIDE
OF ALL WATER MAINS UP TO AND INCLUDING ALL HYDRANTS AND METERS, BUT
EXCLUDING ANY WATER MAINS THAT MAY LIE UNDER BUILDINGS OR WITHIN FIVE
FEET (5') OF BUILDINGS, AS NOW CONSTRUCTED AND EXISTING, OR AS MAY BE
CONSTRUCTED IN THE FUTURE WITHIN THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED TRACT:
LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK "A", FAIRBURN ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP
OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 18 OF THE PUBLIC
RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

This easement being for water main installation and maintenance.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter upon the
above described premises and to construct, install and maintain thereon any
water facilities and to inspect and alter such water facilities from time to
time.

duly executed by its proper officers thereunto authorized and its seal to be

LESSEE CONSENT & JOINDER TO EASEMENT GRANT
THE UNDERSIGNED, being duly authorized as President/Director of HOMELESS
EMERGENCY PROJECT, INC., a Florida Corporation Not-For-Profit, Lessee of the
real property described herein under lease agreement commencing January 1,
1996 and terminating January 1, 2016, does hereby join with the Grantor and
consents to the easement rights being granted herein to the City of
Clearwater, Florida, and further subordinates all of its leasehold interests
and all of the rights, title, interest and claim thereunto accruing in said
premises to said easement grant, together with facilities described therein.

a Florida Corporation Not-Far-Profit, whom, being first duly sworn,
depose and say:

the following described property in Pinellas County, Florida, to wit:
LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK "A", FAIRBURN ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR
PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 18 OF THE PUBLIC
RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
2. That said property is now in the possession of the record owner.
3. That there has been no labor performed or materials furnished on
said property for which there are unpaid bills for labor or materials against
said property, except: NONE
4. That there are no liens or encumbrances of any nature affecting the
ti tle of the property hereinabove described, except: That certain lease
between the Grantor and HOMELESS EMERGENCY PROJECT, INC. which commenced
January 1, 1996 and terminates January 1, 2016.
5. That it is hereby warranted that no notice has been received for any
public hearing regarding assessments for improvements by any government, and
it is hereby warranted that there are no unpaid assessments against the above
property for improvements thereto by any government, whether or not said
assessments appear of record.
6. That there is no outstanding sewer service charges or assessments
payable to any government.
7. That the representations embraced herein are for the purpose of
inducing CITY OF CLEARWATER, its agents, successors and assigns to rely
