over, under and across the following described land, lying and being situate

a point of curvature of a curve to the left; thence along the arc

This easement is for utilities installation and maintenance. If the
grantee should at any time cease to use the easement. herein granted, for
purposes as expressed herein, all real property rights and interests herein
granted shall cease and revert to the grantor.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter upon the
above described premises and to construct, install and maintain thereon a
utility signal pole and to inspect and alter such utility signal pole from
time to time.
