Description of the centerline of a ten foot drainage
easement:
A tract of land lying in the Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast
1/4 of Section 10, Township 29 South, Range 15 East, and
being more particularly described as, ;follows:
Commence at the Northeast corner of Lot 1, Block E, Greenwood
Park 2nd, as recorded in Plat Book 8~Page 16 of the Public
Records of Pinellas County, Florida run South along the West
right-of-way line of Martin Luther King Avenue a distance of
19.84 feet a Point, thence leaving said right-of-wayr~n
South 890 54' 41" East, a distance of, 60.00 feet to a Point
of Intersection with the East right~of-way line, said Point
being the Point of Beginning and the centerline of a 10 foot
drainage easement, thence run South 860 55' 16" East, along.
said center line of Easement a distance of 121.30 feet to a
Point, thence continue along the centerline North 840 19'50"
East, a distance of 481.61 feet more or less to the Point of

This easement being for drainage installation and maintenance.

Said easement is granted subject to: The City of Clearw&-te-r 'lJ)4ld.Jlg-\" L'
restoration of the ,subject easement area, including improvements, at theciOl't&.';s
cost to as good or better condition as existed immediately prior to
construction. The said drainage improvement and restoration shall be complete
w'thin one year of the granting of said easement or the easement shall be
eemed voided and revert to said Grantor. The City of Clearwater will assume
liability for accidents or injury that may be the fault of the said
construction.

The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter upon the
above-described premises and to construct, install and maintain thereon any
drainage lines~nd to inspect and alter such'drainage lines from time to time.
