existing building; thence run North, along said line, 19.89
feet, to a Point on the centerline of an existing 36" R.C.P.
storm line, said Point being the Point of Beginning; thence
run North 290 55' 09" East, along said centerline, 96.71
feet, to a Point on the North line of Lot 2, said
Pennsylvania Subdivision; said Point being the Point of
