EASEMENT
FOR AND IN CONSIDERA TION of the sum of One Dollar ($1. 00) cash
in hand paid to it, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the benefits
to be derived therefrom, the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal
__corporation, does hereby grant and convey to FLORIDA POWER CORPORATION,
a Florida corporation, an easement over, under and across the following
described land, lying and being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of
Florida, to wit:
The North 6 feet of Lots I through 3, inclusive, Block 1,
Pine Crest Subdivision, according to the map or plat
thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 66 of the Public
Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
FLORIDA POWER CORPORA TION shall have the right to enter upon
the above-described premises and to construct, install and maintain thereon
any electrical lines and to inspect and alter such lines from time to time.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City of Clearwater has caused these
presents to be executed in its name by its City Manager, City Clerk, counter-'
signed by its Mayor-Commissioner, and approved as to form and correctness
by its City Attorney, and its corporate seal to be hereunto attached, the
8th day of November, A. D. 1983,
