FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00)
cash in hand paid to it, the receipt of which is hereby acknow-
ledged, and the benefits to be derived therefrom, the CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA does hereby grant and convey to FLORIDA
POWER CORPORATION, an easement over, under and across the
following described land, ly}ng and being situate in the County
of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:
That part of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 10,
Township 29 South, Range 15 East, Pinellas County,
Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the NW corner of the NE 1/4 of the
SE l/4 of Section lO, Township 29 South, Range
15 East, Pinellas County, Florida; thence
S 00 01' 49" E, along the West Boundary of said
NE 1/4, a distance of 32.74 feet to the point of
beginning; thence continue S 00 01' 49" E, along
said West boundary, 92.50 feet; thence N 860 51' 04"E,
9.61 feet; thence N 30 08' 56" W, 85.23 feet; thence
N 880 29' 27" E, 76.40 feet; thence N lO 30' 33" W,
7.00 feet, to a point that is 29.75 feet south of,
by right angle measure, the North boundary of said
NE 1/4: thence S 880 29' 27" W, 81.18 feet to the
point of beginning. All being in the SE 1/4 of
Section lO, Township 29 South, Range l5 East, Pinellas
County, Florida, subject to rights-of-way and ease-
ments of record.
Containing 1,190 square feet (0.0273 acres), more or less.
Being the same premises conveyed to the grantor herein and
recorded in Deed Book 92, page 383.
This easement being for utilities installation and
maintenance.
FLORIDA POWER CORPORATION shall have the right to enter upon
the above described premises and to construct, install and maintain
thereon any utility lines and to inspect and alter such utility
lines from time to time.
