in hand paid to them, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
and the benefits to be derived therefrom,

do hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
an easement over, under and across the following described land,
lying and being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida,

Plat of Plaza Park Addition, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 53,
Public Records of Pine lIas County, Florida for a Point of

of Beginning and run Southerly along the West line of said Lot 11,
